Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS)

The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) wishes to inform importers, clearing and forwarding agents, and the public that all imported used motor vehicle spare parts, used bicycles, used mobile machinery, and used trailers originating from Japan must undergo inspection while still in Japan. This inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the Pre-Shipment Verification of Conformity to Standards (PVoC) procedure.
