Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS)

The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) wishes to inform all its customers that it is making improvements in its systems for application processing, product quality verification, registration of food and cosmetics products and premises, as well as the issuance of conditional release permits at all customs areas across the country. Thus, customers have to verify the information of their commercial premises in the form of addresses and postcodes known as NaPA through the Ward Executive Offices located in their areas using a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
